ORDERING

Please allow at least 48 hours notice when placing orders. We do our best to accommodate last minute orders. We ask that all orders be placed by 12 noon the day before your delivery. For any orders placed after 12 noon, we may make substitutions as necessary.

DELIVERY AND SET UP

Banjara Catering delivers to the entire Miami Valley area including Columbus and Cincinnati, and as far as Louisville and Lexington KY and Indianapolis IN. Orders including chafing dishes or equipment pickups are an additional charges per delivery. Please consult our Account Executive for special set up needs and additional pricing that may apply.

EQUIPMENT

Your corporate drop off order will be presented on disposable black serving platters. If specified, we can provide attractive white ceramic platters at an additional charge. GCC can also provide chafing dishes, linens, fine china, glasses, silverware, tables and chairs.

FINALIZATION OF YOUR MENU

Menus must be finalized two weeks prior to the function. Due to current health regulations, food may not be taken off the premises. Please note that all food and beverage prices are subject to a 7. 5% Ohio Sales Tax, and a 20% service charge. Also, in order to reserve GCC’s services, we require a non-refundable $300 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit serves as the booking fee to go towards the function.

ATTENDANCE

Banjara expects final attendance guarantees three days prior to a function and is thereafter not subject to reduction of price. GCC will prepare an extra 5% for parties up to 100 people and extra 3% for parties with 100 or more people. If more guests are expected after a guarantee is made, please advise the catering coordinator.

WARM MENU ITEMS AND CHAFING DISHES

All items will be delivered at room temperature; hot menu selections will require warming on site. Chrome 8-quart chafing dishes can be rented for $12 each. Disposable warming chafers are $7.50 each. Please keep in mind that some menu items require over an hour to heat when using a chafing dish.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received no later than 10 a.m. the day before your event. Orders cancelled after this time will result in a 100% charge to the client, including events cancelled due to inclement weather.

FULL SERVICE EVENTS

Your Account Executive will help you build a custom menu for your event and will assist you with all of your party needs, including personnel, décor, linens, equipment and floral arrangements.

SERVICE PERSONNEL

Our professional staff which includes event supervisors, chefs, waiters and bartenders, will be available upon request. We suggest the addition of service staff for all hot food orders and receptions of 35 guest or more.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner’s Club and American Express. All events must be paid in full prior to delivery. Ask your Account Executive for details.
